At MGvilla, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our business. Please review the following terms carefully:
1. **Cancellation Timeframes**
- **14+ Days Prior to Check-In**: Full refund of the booking amount.
- **7 to 13 Days Prior to Check-In**: 50% refund of the booking amount.
- **Less than 7 Days Prior to Check-In**: No refund will be provided.
2. **Last-Minute Cancellations**
- If you need to cancel within 48 hours of your check-in time, we will be unable to provide a refund, as last-minute cancellations impact our ability to offer the villa to other guests.
3. **No-Shows**
- If you do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date and do not notify us in advance, this will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.
4. **Early Departures**
- In the event of early departures, we will not provide a refund for the unused nights.
5. **Modification Requests**
- If you wish to modify your reservation (change of dates or duration), please contact us at least 7 days prior to your check-in date. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
6. **Force Majeure**
- In cases of unforeseeable events such as natural disasters, government travel restrictions, or health emergencies, we may offer flexibility for rescheduling, based on availability.
7. **Refund Process**
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment.
