1. Booking and Payment
- Reservation Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only after the full payment or a specified deposit has been received.
- Payment Terms: The full payment must be completed as per the booking instructions. If payment is not received, MGvilla reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
2. Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-In Time: 2:00 PM
- Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-ins or late check-outs may be available upon request and are subject to additional charges.
3. Guest Responsibilities
- ID Verification: All guests must provide valid government-issued ID upon check-in.
- Occupancy Limit: The maximum occupancy of MGvilla is strictly limited to the number specified in your booking. Exceeding the occupancy limit may result in additional charges or termination of the booking without a refund.
- Behavior: Guests are expected to respect the property, neighbors, and local community. Noise should be kept to a minimum, particularly between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
4. Property Use and Care
- Respect for Property: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the villa during their stay. Any damage or loss will be charged to the guest at repair or replacement cost.
- Housekeeping: Regular housekeeping services are provided; however, guests are expected to maintain general cleanliness.
- No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Guests may use designated outdoor areas for smoking.
- Pets: Pets are only allowed if specified in the booking. Guests bringing pets must ensure pets are well-behaved and adhere to any additional pet policies provided.
5. Security and Safety
- Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings. MGvilla is not liable for any loss or damage.
- Security: Guests are advised to lock doors and windows when away from the property. MGvilla does not accept responsibility for any loss due to negligence on the part of the guest.
- Health and Safety: The villa complies with local health and safety regulations. Guests must observe all safety precautions and follow any instructions provided for the use of appliances, pool, or other amenities.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

- MGvilla is not liable for any disruptions or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government actions, or health emergencies.

- Property Liability: Guests are responsible for their safety and the safety of any accompanying minors. MGvilla is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses occurring during the stay.
- Disclaimer: MGvilla provides amenities and services as available, but reserves the right to make adjustments as necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to all amenities and services.
